這道菜很好下飯,尤其對於喜歡吃大蒜的人
                                                                               
    不知道大家有沒有吃過媽媽弄的醃大頭菜
                                                                               
    就是切成絲,加上麻油、醬油,鹹鹹的那種
                                                                               
    現在,有另外一種選擇了哦
                                                                               
    我們可以分成2部份來處理
                                                                               
    一是大頭菜(也可換海鮮)、一是配料
                                                                               
    (1)先將大頭菜去皮         
        切成薄片,厚薄不一也無所謂,不要差太大就好了
                                                                               
       ( 反正我的程度是醬子,作起來也挺好吃的 )
                                                                               
       之後加上一些鹽拌勻,放一邊讓鹽把大頭菜去水去腥
                                                                               
    (2)之後就來作配料
                                                                               
        將大蒜一大把切末、不會太辣的紅辣椒2條也切末
                                                                               
        (愛吃辣的,就再買一顆會辣的小辣椒)
                                                                               
        香菜2~3顆(可買菜時順便叫菜商送)也切末
                                                                               
        取檸檬汁(3小顆多汁的)、白酢、糖
                                                                               
        和切末的配料全部加一起,試一下味道(以自己喜歡為主)
                                                                               
    (3)混合
                                                                               
        先把剛剛大頭菜出的水弄掉,擠乾
                                                                               
        用放冷的開水沖洗2次,吃一下味道,只留一點點鹹味即可
                                                                               
        然後把(1)和(2)拌在一起,隔天就很好吃囉~
                                                                               
        放越久越入味... 放冰箱可保存一週多
